Updated Safety and Sanitation Measures

at The Center for Complete Health Dentistry.

COVID Regulation’s may becoming less demanding,

And we’re still taking every precaution to ensure that our team and our patients are safe.

At our office we have always taken infection control to a surgically clean level. That should always be the expectation at your healthcare providers. This (Infection control) is what WE do and THAT has not changed!

NOW we have gone to another level.

Safety and Sanitation

Dr K, what is your practice doing to keep staff and patient safe from potential coronavirus exposure?

Our office has forever adhered to surgically clean standards. We worked tirelessly through the pandemic helping emergency patients and keeping team members healthy. We spent hours in CE reviewing CDC protocols new and old in early April and we never closed our doors to patients in need. Our team was lucky enough to be vaccinated in December of 2020. We continue to stay abreast of all current knowledge and research.

Is there anything NEW you are doing to keep patients safe?

We have minimized the number of patients allowed to be in our reception area. We ask that patients wait in the comfort of their car until we can come out and get them and walk them back to their personalized treatment room that has been meticulously cleaned and disinfected.

On entering the practice all patients will go through COVID screening, asked to wash their hands, be given a level 3 surgical mask, asked to rinse with a mouthwash known to be effective against the virus and seated comfortably in their own personalized space.

Preparing for Your Appointment

In preparation for your appointment please come on time, but wait in the parking lot and call or text the front desk. When we have ensured your room is ready for you a team member will come out and get you and escort you to your prepared space. If you are having any symptoms, not feeling well or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19 please call ahead and make us aware we can reschedule your appointment.

Our Patients’ Safety Is Our Top Priority!

We are happy to adhere to these sanitation protocols in our practice because we strongly believe that our patients should be able to get the dental care they need without having to worry about their safety in a time of pandemic. If you would like to know more about what we’re doing to keep our practice clean and safe, just give us a call!
