Stony Hill Dental in Bethel, CT is proud to be a sponsor of the Halloween Candy Buyback program while benefiting our children and supporting our troops!
Our focus is simple – to provide our children with sugar-free alternatives and treats for trading in their Halloween candy!
How The Halloween Candy Buyback Works
We’re asking our little patients to trade in their Halloween candy at our scheduled event on November 4, 2019. (Between 3:30 and 6:00PM.) In return, Stony Hill Dental Care will give out $1 per pound of candy brought into the office. (Up to ten pounds for all unopened, uneaten candy.) We will also provide writing and paper for anyone hoping to write to our troops and service members.
Dr. Walter Kostrzewski is also proud to give away toothbrushes and more to anyone interested in joining this local movement.
Our office hopes to reduce the sugar loaded holiday consumption of candy and avoid negative consequences by offering favorable alternatives. As you know, candy can cause toxic consequences in many ways including weight gain, sugar spikes and even broken teeth!
Let’s join together for a cause while helping our children live healthy lifestyles.
