How do clear aligners work?

Clear aligners are removable and should be taken out before eating. Due to their removable design, you won’t have to worry about dietary restrictions!

After your aligner treatment you’ll be given a set of retainers that will hold your teeth in their new position. This will prevent your teeth from shifting back to their old positions and is a necessary step to maintaining your smile. After wearing your retainers all day and night for a few months, you’ll transition to wearing them only at night.
